CCEPR maintains an online directory of ADA CERP recognized continuing education providers containing some or all of the following information: the dates of their term of recognition, name of a contact person, a mailing address, telephone number, fax number and web address. Such providers may post their course offerings on a separate area of the CCEPR website. These web pages may include information you submit via our website, and are publicly accessible on this website.
With respect to your email address: if required by applicable law, you will be permitted to opt out of unwanted email. Unless otherwise permitted under this Privacy Notice or the ADA Privacy Notice, if applicable, we will not give or sell your email address to any unrelated entity outside CCEPR, the ADA, its service providers, subsidiaries and affiliated entities (such as state and local dental societies) without your consent. By entering your email address and other information in the publicly accessible directory of recognized ADA CERP recognized continuing education providers, you consent to the public disclosure of such information in the directory.
The ADA also occasionally hires other companies to provide services on its behalf, including, but not limited to, hosting of online resources, processing credit card transactions, packaging, order fulfillment, answering customer questions about products or services, consulting services, data modeling, printing, sending postal mail and processing membership and event registration. We will provide those companies with information they need to deliver the service.

Your personal information may also be used to give notice to you in relation to any unauthorized use of CCEPR and/or ADA services, networks or intellectual property. In addition, your personal information may be released as permitted by law, if such release is deemed necessary to protect the health and safety of customers or others, or to legally protect the CCEPR and/or the ADA, their customers or service providers.
